This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which fees paid for consultation services, application processing, and program enrollment through PhD Programs Online may be refunded.
Fees paid for a scheduled consultation are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a rescheduled session at no additional cost.
Application processing fees cover the administrative work of preparing and submitting your documents to partner universities. Once an application has been submitted to a university, this fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of the admission outcome.
Tuition and enrollment payments are governed primarily by the refund policy of the respective partner university. We will assist you in understanding and coordinating any refund requests, but final approval rests with the university.
A full or partial refund may be considered if: (a) a duplicate payment was made in error, (b) a service was not delivered as described, or (c) the partner university rejects the application before any processing work has begun.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after a service has been rendered, failure to provide required documents on time, or visa/immigration issues unrelated to our services.
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your payment reference number and reason for the request. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
